Turnaround usually 1 or 2 months. Please be patient, even more if you asked for a big commission or refsheet. You can always check my waitlist or ask for wips. I usually reply in 48 hrs or less.

Refunds only at my desition or choice of the client if it takes me more than 4 months to deliver.

I send WIPS only during sketch stage and flat color. But y may accept changes even in final stage if i commit a mistake.

There is no established change limit, I am flexible, but try not to abuse. When there are too many changes I will start to charge extra.

Then more you pay for your commission, more changes you can ask. Please don't ask me for 1234727 changes if you just pay for a rough sketch, they're suposed to be quick. As i said, i'm flexible, but don't be abusive. (i'll set it at 5 changes)

El tiempo de entrega suele ser de 1 o 2 meses. Ten paciencia, más si solicitaste una comisión grande o hoja de referencia. Siempre puedes consultar mi lista de espera o pedir wips.

Reembolsos solo a mi discreción o elección del cliente si me tardo más de 4 meses en entregar.

De acuerdo con el último punto, no hay reembolsos completos a menos que aún no haya comenzado tu comisión.

Envío WIPS solo durante la etapa de boceto y color plano. Pero puedo aceptar cambios incluso en la etapa final si cometo un error.

No hay un límite de cambios establecido, soy flexible, pero procura no abusar. Cuando sean demasiados cambios comenzare a cobrar extra.

No pidas demasiados cambios para un rough sketch. Se supone que son comisiones sencillas y rápidas. Se cobrara extra a partir de 5 cambios.
